Girl Code Sisters is an invitation for women who set the standard and influence culture.
This social club helps women develop their narratives so they can steward their influence and become leaders in their homes, communities and the world through sisterhood, content creation, media and experiences. We believe in being connected to like-minded community not just to grow, but to also enjoy life and have fun with. The conversations are different when you associate with women who have a lot to lose, and live by the Girl Code.
The Sisterhood Standard
Girl Code Sisters is curated for the woman who want to challenge the narratives that keep them from being who they are meant to be, do what they are called to do, and be in fun friendships/sisterhood that reflect that.
The Influencer
For the woman whose voice carries weight — in rooms, online, or behind the scenes. You understand that influence is a responsibility, not just visibility. You are committed to stewarding your platform with integrity, maturity, and purpose, inspiring others without compromising your values.
The Relational Leader
For the woman who knows leadership is tested in relationships first. You value honesty, boundaries, and accountability, and you want to navigate conflict the “Girl Code” way — in business, friendship, partnerships, and beyond. You are not seeking surface-level networking; you are building healthy sisterhood.

For the woman shaping culture wherever she stands — in teams, ideas, public spaces, and her home. You are committed to personal growth, relational intelligence, and leading with intention. You don’t just enter rooms — you elevate them.
Girl Code Sisters
Monthly Run of Show
A structured, intentional cycle of growth, connection, and cultural influence designed for the modern executive sisterhood because the key to community is to show up consistently.
Week 01
Girls Night
Girls’ Night is a monthly, members-only virtual groupchat call designed as a space for girls to be girls and foster connection. During this time, we check in with one another, explore healthy relationship dynamics and personal development in a conversational format, engage in thoughtful reflection, and strengthen our sisterhood through shared accountability.
Week 04
Movie Night or
Meet-up Events
We alternate monthly between local in-person chapter hangouts and a global online Movie Night & Discussion. In months where events are local, members outside those cities participate in Girl Code relational challenges to build real-life connection in their own communities.
