And someone is always watching. Every girl is learning how to handle conflict by watching us. When we choose division, we teach division. When we choose love, accountability, and unity, we teach power.
Pretty Girls Don't Fight is a reminder that we are not each other's enemy. We are each other's greatest asset. The real fight was never against the woman beside you.

The Pretty Girls Don't Fight Pledge
I pledge to be my sister's keeper.
I recognize that every woman and girl is fighting battles I cannot see. Because of that, I will choose empathy over assumptions, understanding over judgment, and conversation over conflict.
I understand that division weakens communities, families, friendships, and future generations. When women compete, compare, gossip, tear down, or isolate one another, we all lose opportunities, trust, peace, and collective power.
I believe unity is not weakness—it is wisdom.
I will not use my words, actions, platform, or influence to intentionally harm another woman or girl. I will reject gossip, bullying, public humiliation, and unnecessary drama. When conflict arises, I will pursue resolution, accountability, and healing before destruction.
I understand that another woman's success does not diminish my own. There is room for all of us to grow, lead, create, and thrive.
I will celebrate, encourage, and support the women around me whenever possible. I will use my voice to build bridges, not walls; solutions, not division; community, not chaos.
I choose love over hate.
I choose collaboration over competition.
I choose grace over judgment.
I choose sisterhood over division.
Because when women stand together, communities heal, families strengthen, opportunities multiply, and generations change.
