C.O.D.E - Connect. Overcome. Disrupt. Empower

As a transformative media company, Girl Code Media tackles the harmful social norms often perpetuated in media that divide women and girls, redefining what it means to cultivate healthy female relationships. Through our digital platform, we shine a light on toxic dynamics and offer a fresh, empowering narrative centered on resilience, unity, and relational growth. By integrating our media message with impactful community programs, we don’t just spread awareness; we foster a movement of healing and support that spans generations.

Our nonprofit arm, Girl Code Girls, empowers Gen Z through a culturally responsive program that blends mentorship, leadership training, and digital literacy to help young women develop healthier, stronger connections in a world dominated by social media pressures. By pairing them with mentors from Girl Code Sisters, we guide these young girls toward emotional resilience and relational strength, creating a new generation of empowered women ready to challenge negative stereotypes and become role models in their communities.

Girl Code Sisters provides women aged 25-34 with a safe, supportive environment for healing, personal growth, and mentorship, addressing relational traumas and fostering connections built on respect, collaboration, and trust. By engaging in group activities and acting as mentors to Girl Code Girls, these women create a legacy of support and unity, challenging the media-driven narratives of rivalry and division.

Together, they form a powerful, multi-generational community that exemplifies a new vision for female relationships, grounded in mutual support and resilience. #YouCanSitWithUs

I follow and support Chanel Jack of #GirlCode, because she has gotten real clarity about the root causes of violence, suicide, mental health challenges, and true tragedies as well as just limitations of a young woman's potential. True pain and tragedy often starts with very small origins. I follow because we can’t get more women of color on pathways to generational wealth through careers in technology if we can’t get them to adulthood in good mental and emotional health. Kudos Chanel Jack for your work. People pay attention to this.

"The Girl Code workshop was nothing short of amazing. Each of the Girl Code members were skilled at targeting the very concerns that high school girls face on a daily basis. Girl Code leaders captured our girls' attention the first few mins of the the workshop and kept their interest until the VERY end.

This program encouraged my daughter to embrace being herself, and how unique she is being one of a kind. It empowered her self esteem and alloted her to face her fear of speaking in front of crowds. We love ❤️ GIRL CODE PROGRAM. Can't wait till next year.
